Bluegrass Festival this weekend! Twenty-nine years ago the desert hills came alive with Bluegrass music. The Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, staff and numerous committee members work very hard throughout the year to create this yearly festival.

Happy Birthday wishes to “Granny� Sciro, above, who celebrated her 90th birthday on Oct. 5 at a party given by her daughter, Toni Gengarella, and son, Robert Sciro at Guytano’s restaurant, which is owned by her grandson, Guy. Also at the party were Granny’s six grandchildren — Laurie Cobleigh, Guy and Kris Gengarella, and Michael, Robert and Rae Ann Sciro.
